Our Award winning Shortbread, made in the Castle Kitchen by the Duke and Duchess of Roxburghe’s Head Chef. These shortbread rounds are made to our own recipe using high-quality raw ingredients to ensure that each biscuit has that authentic crumbly texture and freshly baked taste.
